As far as I know there is no local community...EMS: <br />As far as I know there is no local community of Badjao in Dumaguete, they are seasonal beggars who travel into port from Mindanao via ferry, they change there clothes to their unwashed beggar tatters, and proceed to collect money at key locations throughout the city.
